Dr. Peter Herbrechtsmeier, CEO

looks back on more than 20 years of experience as CEO in the high-tech-
industry with focus on medical products.

He was in charge of the innovation management and development of new
business fields at Novartis. There, he developed, inter alia, the daily-
disposable lens business for CIBA Vision, which became the most important
and fastest-growing business of the company.

In 2002, he managed the global R&D at CIBA Vision`s headquarters in
Atlanta as Vice President and in 2003, he was appointed CEO of the
business unit for tear-film diagnostics.

Since 2006, Peter Herbrechtsmeier has been acting as CEO of
EyeSense GmbH.

Dr. Achim Müller, CSO (Chief Scientific Officer)

has more than 14 years of experience in the field of research and
development of medical products.

He led interdisciplinary, international research and development projects.
He managed the research and development department of a strategic
business unit of CIBA Vision, one of the world’s leading contact lens
manufacturers.

Dr. Müller is the inventor and co-inventor of 40 patents and patent
applications which significantly contribute to highly successful products.

Since 2006, Achim Müller has been acting as CSO of EyeSense GmbH
